101 Things update

So, I've technically completed #18 (no fast food for a month) #34 (bring lunch to work for a month) and #61 (cut out processed food for a month). It has been 30 days for all 3 of these (with the exception of some minor snack food stuff like chips & popcorn). I've also completed #60 (sign up for Zumba).

When I go up to NH next weekend I hope to bang out a few more:

#47 - swim across Hill's Pond
#56 - skim a rock on a lake
#75 - give a kid all the tickets I win at an arcade


Some of this stuff is paying off... It appears that I've lost 2 pounds in the last week just by eating more whole foods and adding just a little bit of activity.
